Get used to the name Lizzie Mary Cullen because we think she’s going to be big! So it’s pretty exciting that she’s accepted our invitation to create an image for the Memories book. She graduated last year and won an award at New Designers 09 and another one at the Images 33 exhibition run by the Association of Illustrators. Since then she’s been creating in-restaurant murals, as well as menu graphics, for the Italian chain Zizzi’s. She appeared at the Grand Designs show recently doing all kinds of creative stuff, and you might have caught an interview with her in Design Week not long ago. The image you see above is from her Psycho-geography series and it won the award at the AOI’s show. Needless to say we’re really happy she’s joined the Memories project, and we urge you to check out her website here.
